Cacio e Pepe

Serves 2 | 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 200 g grated Prima Donna bio
  • 2-3 tbsp ricotta
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for serving

Description

  1. Heat a pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Save some of the cooking water.
  2. Take a frying pan and place it on low heat. Melt the Prima Donna bio with a few tablespoons of the cooking water in the pan. Stir in the ricotta and black pepper.
  3. Add the pasta and toss everything together.
  4. Serve with fresh parsley.
